Flourish (2009) is a dreamy flow of acoustic guitar songs laced with mystical soothing harmonies. 

These songs were written in the budding and blossoming of my spiritual awakening, many on the gulf islands of BC during a summer of WWOOFing and while learning various shamanic techniques at the Living Center in London, Ontario.

Production wise, I was being a rebel hippie, in that I didn’t record to a metronome. I wanted to play by feel, which was a challenge that percussionist Dave Love stepped up to graciously! Thanks to the talented mixing and mastering by Adam Miner, it was all woven together in a professional way in the end.

Many of these songs are my favourite to play live! I hope you enjoy so if you catch a show, you’ll recognize where these sonic tapestries came from… :)
