I was born (this lifetime) at 7:11pm under a full moon on February 24, 1986 in Sarnia, Ontario. Pisces Sun, Virgo Moon, Virgo Rising. I came here to feel, to heal, to alchemize.
My Grandma taught me to sing the alphabet when I was a baby. When I was a little girl, I loved to dance, draw, and write… Especially journal, as I found a way to communicate with the Divine and find solutions to my life challenges.
When I was 13, I felt a sudden desire to play guitar. After learning tablature and receiving a few lessons, I developed my own style and began to write songs. I remember one of the first times I played live at a local coffee shop, feeling a magical feeling that Music was my path, worthy of my devotion and surrender…
Surrender I did… To a songwriting, recording, and performing path that took my around the world. I dove into heart first into Life, learning from my experiences and crystallizing my craft…
For years I kept creating, passionately, sometimes painfully, pursuing the Truth and the best Music I could make. Personally, I also experienced a spiritual / sexual awakening that illuminated trauma from my past to heal. This initiated me on a deep journey of discovery to alchemize the pain into purpose, the mess into medicine, the rain into rainbows…
Some of the songs felt challenging to express. Yet they all helped me heal. Just like the singer-songwriters I admired who gave the gifts of wisdom and alchemy through their songs (India.Arie, Ani DiFranco, Fiona Apple), now I can give these gifts to people on similar journeys who want to feel seen, loved, and understood.
My newest collection of songs have been flowing through in for the last few years. For much of my songwriting career I felt like the message wasn’t quite ready, but now… It is. I am. We are.

She began writing songs at age 13 when she started playing guitar. What began as a fun passion became a nourishing way to connect with and express her Soul. As she crystallized her craft, opportunities to share her songs internationally blossomed (North America, Europe, Hawaii, Australia).
She now has 7 albums of original Music exploring Love, Environmental Connection, Sexual Healing, Spiritual Awakening, Soulful Sovereignty, and More. Her song “Butterflying” has over 40,000 listens on Spotify.
She presently lives on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, Canada.
